About Swootle
Turn AML policy into an operating process.
Learn how Swootle helps regulated financial-services teams orchestrate onboarding, KYC/KYB, evidence, exceptions, approvals and periodic reviews.
Swootle is configurable software for regulated financial-services teams that need to collect evidence, review risk, record decisions and keep customer information current.
Why we built Swootle
Regulated businesses need more than policy documents. Staff need a repeatable way to request information, collect evidence, run the appropriate checks, review exceptions and record decisions.
Disconnected forms, email, spreadsheets and shared folders make that process harder to operate and explain. Swootle brings the steps into one configurable workflow while leaving professional judgement with the firm.
Teams can design onboarding flows, collect identity and entity evidence, orchestrate checks, assign risk, route cases for review and retain the resulting record without writing code.
Built for regulated workflows
Swootle focuses on regulated financial-services organisations with operationally heavy onboarding, KYC/KYB, remediation and periodic-review work. Strong-fit teams often support large customer or entity populations across several products, brands or jurisdictions.
The platform is designed for operations, compliance and transformation teams that need one controlled journey around customer outreach, evidence, provider-returned checks, exceptions, approvals and retained case history.
Each firm remains responsible for its regulatory interpretation, risk appetite, configured controls and approval decisions. Jurisdiction and provider requirements must be validated for the proposed implementation.
Company and product boundaries
- Veraxa AI Ltd, trading as Swootle, is registered in England and Wales.
- Swootle provides configurable workflow infrastructure. It does not provide legal or regulatory advice and does not make a firm compliant simply by being used.
- Public product material distinguishes observable workflow capabilities from provider, infrastructure and assurance details that require validation during enterprise due diligence.
- The product tour uses current demo-account captures so buyers can inspect the workflow builder, customer portal, review records, risk rules, automation and reporting before a tailored demonstration.
What we believe
- Compliance teams deserve better tools: The people responsible for keeping businesses compliant are often under-resourced and over-reliant on manual processes. We're on their side.
- Simplicity is a feature: Compliance is inherently complex. Our job is to absorb that complexity so our customers don't have to. If something is hard to use, it's not finished.
- Transparency builds trust: Every decision made on our platform should be explainable and auditable. We build with that accountability in mind from the start.
- Regulation is an opportunity: Businesses that treat compliance as a competitive advantage rather than a burden build stronger client relationships and reduce long-term risk.
